Defective or Damaged Items

We stand behind the quality of our squishies! If your order arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect:

1. Contact us within 14 days of delivery through our Contact page.
2. Include your order number, a brief explanation, and clear photos or a short video showing the defect.
3. Once reviewed and verified, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or send a free replacement right away.

Standard Returns & Change of Mind

Due to the hygienic and tactile nature of squishy toys, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or normal wear and tear once an item has been opened and used.

Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 3–5 business days, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
